Jessica R. Young

Langdale Vallotton, LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica R. Young has been named a partner of the firm.

Her Georgia practice includes commercial real estate, secured lending, business planning and transactions, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and USDA Rural Development transactions.  Jessica’s Florida practice focuses on commercial real estate, estate planning, and probate.

Jessica received her bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of UGA’s Honors Program. In 2004, she graduated magna cum laude with degrees in English and Journalism.  In 2007, she graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Jessica was a member of the Georgia Law Review and an intern at the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, in Washington, D.C. in the branch which represents the Navy, Coast Guard, and Federal Aviation Administration in tort litigation.

Jessica joined Langdale Vallotton, LLP in 2007. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2007 and the Florida Bar in 2008.

Jessica is currently serving as Vice-President of the Valdosta Bar Association and as Treasurer of the Valdosta Chapter of Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. She is a member of the Valdosta Junior Service League and the City of Valdosta’s Community Development Block Grant Citizen Advisory Committee.  She and her husband Philip are members of Crossroads Baptist Church.
